Spring 2013 Registration

Player Registration

1.    Go to www.eayso.org and apply online

If the child played in the Region 68 fall season, select “Signup for other program”, then select the “Spring” program, and print out a copy of the child’s fall Registration form.

If the child has never played in Region 68, select “Application for a new player”, provide the required information, and print out a copy of the child’s application form.

If the child has played in Region 68, but not in the fall 2012 season, select “Application for a returning player”, provide the required information and print out a copy of the child’s application form.

2.    Download and complete a Spring 2013 Parent Participation Form for each player being registered

3.    Mail the Player Application and Parent Participation forms along with a check or money order for $50 made out to AYSO Region 68 to:

NOTE:  First time Region 68 players must include a copy of his/her birth certificate

Player/Coach Requests

On the Player Registration form, you may indicate one player your child would like to play with during Spring League.  If both players indicate they want to play together, every effort will be made to assign them to the same team.  However, team balancing will take preference over Player/Coach requests.

Coaches may not request players and players cannot request players in the U10 and older divisions.

Players play in the same division they played in during the fall.  Registration is limited to players born between 8/1/1993 and 7/31/2008.  Depending on the number of players enrolled and the distribution of coaches, we may combine U5/U6 and U7/U8.
