Intermediate Class:  1-3 December 2009 (Click Here to Register)

This Saturday, November 14th is Championship Day for our U10 - U14 Divisions.  Because it is Championship Day we will be assigning referee's to games and the schedule will not be available on-line for you to sign up.  If you are interested in refereeing a game this weekend please send an email to the Regional Referee Administrator (RRA) at refereeadmin@aysor68.org.  There will be no guarantees that you will get a game to ref if you submit a request.  If you have any questions, please contact the RRA at the email address above.

Are you unable to sign up for games on-line and you are worried about being able to ref and earn your needed points for your team?

We have a process in place to help you get a game so that you can earn your needed points. The process is as follows and must be followed accordingly to ensure your team receives the proper credit:

1.  Check the website regularly throughout the week because we often have referee's cancel games for various reasons and as a result games that may not have been available early in the week become available later in the week.

2.  If there are not any games available on-line as of 4:00PM Friday, then please check in at the ref tent on game day about 30-minutes before you can ref.  If we have had a cancellation we will place you on that game.

3.  If we do not have any competitive games we can put you on, then we will see if there is a senior Assistant Referee (AR) for you to shadow on a competitive game (U10-U14).  This would allow you to earn your needed point, just be sure to print your name and the team number that needs the point on the game card.  Note: You cannot sign up to Shadow an AR ahead of time, this can only be done on game day at the ref tent.

4. If there are no options as outlined in #3 above, then we will allow you to ref (Center Ref Only) a U8 game for your needed point.  The key here is this is only possible after we go through the steps above.  If we do allow you to Referee a U8 game for your point we would enter your name and other pertinent information in a book at the ref tent.  This must be done before you ref, and your name in the book is the only way you will get your point for a non-competitive game (U8 or younger).  Simply printing your name and team number on the game card will not earn you the needed point.

5.  If there are no options from #3 and #4 above we would then allow you to ref (Center Ref Only) a U7 game, and again your name and pertinent information must be entered in the book at the ref tent before you referee.  This process would continue all the way to U5 if required.  In all cases, as long as this process is followed and your name is in the book before you ref a non-competitive game you will be able to earn your needed point for your team.
